[1] Once you email us and let us know you want to buy, we will redirect the domain to your specified server within 24-hours of our first acknowledgement. You can use the domain for free during the transfer stage (no matter how long the transfer process takes). Most transfers will take less than 2-weeks to conclude and we provide everything needed on our end at no cost to you. Or, at your sole expense, you can hire a domain name transfer agent or escrow agent but we will not transfer to that agent until we vet them (this process can take up to 1-month and is subject to denial if we feel the agent is not trustworthy for any reason).

[2] We are situated in San Diego County, California so all agreements and rights of transfer are subject to the laws of this state; you agree to that when you make your purchase or rental agreement with us or by initiating a transaction.

[3] All rentals require a Rental Set-Up Fee of $25 to cover the transaction and paperwork.

RESALES

To buy one of our domain names, simply e-mail us using the form below and we'll get the ball rolling. We will redirect the domain name to your servers within 24-hours of our acknowledgment of your inquiry. You will then have 15-days to complete the transaction by mailing us payment in full. If we do not receive payment, on time, we will stop the redirection of the domain name. You can pay 1-month rental fee to preserve a longer period so you can arrange payment. If you then pay in full within 30 days, we will credit the 1-month rental fee back to your purchase payment (i.e. free rent) but if you go beyond the 30-days, no refund will be issued. 

All sales are final (no refunds). Make sure you want to own or rent the domain name before you move forward.

The purchase process occurs by snail mail and initiation of the transfer of the domain name occurs within 72-hours of receipt of payment and your technical transfer information. We are not responsible for technical issues on your end. 

Acceptable Payment Methods

We will consider barters. All payments must be made by one of the following: A) US Postal Money Order, B) Cashier's Check, C) US Mint Stamped Gold or Silver Coins (Sent by Insured, Certified Mail).

Domain Name Escrow Services (Optional)

You may, at your sole option and expense, arrange for a Domain Name Escrow Service to handle the transaction (the company you use is subject to our approval). You are required to pay all escrow fees. 

[Technical Note: Most of our domain names are on GoDaddy Accounts. If you have GoDaddy, the transfer process will be quicker so condor setting up a temporary account at GoDaddy to handle the transfer.]

RENTALS

Pricing

The monthly rental fee for all domains is locked in for 12-months (the price will not go up). After 12-months, we generally raise the rental fee based on inflation and other market factors and will inform you of any cost increase within 90-days (before the increase takes effect).

Prepaid Discount Program

If you prepay the rent, you can lock in the rental cost for up to 3-years (you choose how many months).

How To Get Started Fast!

Renting a domain is easy. Just email us. Agree to the terms, conditions and monthly rental fee by e-mail. In 24-hours we will redirect your domain name to the servers of your choice. You will then have 15 business days to snail mail us the signed agreement and payment. After that, just keep sending us payments monthly (in advance of the monthly expiration date--we recommend keeping a prepaid balance at all times of 2 months so as to avoid interruptions of service).

Rent to Buy Program

Under the rent to buy program, you can lock in your total domain price for 2-years. You will need a 10% downpayment. After that, you can send us any amount over and above your monthly rental fee and we will credit it toward the total purchase price. You will have 2-years to pay the total price. For each month of rental during this period, we will grant you a 10% rental fee credit to be applied toward the total purchase price (e.g. we keep 90% of all rental fees during the full term). If you fail to meet your obligations for 3 consecutive months, we will cancel the sale. There are no refunds. 

[NOTE: We recommend that you always complete the terms of the sake and buy the domain as planned so that you do not lose any value and can later resell the domain to recapture any previous losses. However, your contract becomes terminated once you have failed to make any payments for 90 days plus 1-day grace period. Only those who are serious about owning a domain name should commit to this program.]

CONTRACTS and JURISDICTION

We are located in San Diego County, California and all agreements are subject to the jurisdiction of this county and under State and local laws. All agreements between the parties must be in writing and are subject to California law.

REFUND POLICY

There are no refunds. However, if we fail to properly transfer the domain name to the buyer or set up forwarding for renters in the time we have promised, we will issue a full refund, should you request it in writing.
